Limit bookings per employee per day#850

To help manage staff wellbeing and workload it would be good for employees and/or administrators to set a maximum number of bookings per day.

This same suggested is repeated by several people on this board. It would be hel if they pay attention to the repeated requests of this as it makes it looks like there are fewer people requesting this than there actually is.
