Maximum Number of Appointments per employee#32

?

Would be great to have a set number of appointments per employee as our consultants have different set of “threshold” when it comes to taking a number of clients in a day. Some can take only 2, some can take 4, some can take up to 7.

Yes, very important for example, a psicologist might be available all day long, but taking more than X patients would be exhausting. Or a massage therapist working at home.

I totally need this - plus being able to fill (and therefore only offer appointments next to each other) in a linear fashion from the beginning or end of day - user selected (to avoid sitting around between appointments leading to an unecessarily long work day)

Nevena.ilic Yes. Ability to set how many appointments per service an employee can have in a day, or in a week. For example I want to have an interview with a podcast guest once per week. So they basically can choose any slots from my working hours. But I don’t want to plan more than one or 2 interviews per week because I have to work for my clients as well.

This, but also the option of chooseing the amount per service and ideally with the option of number of appointments per service both per day and per week, if I had to choose only one of these it would be per week. There are certain services that really can only be one a week becaus eof the level of preparation it needs

Hi @Marija Maksimovic, do you know how long can it take to release? Calendly just changed their rules for SMS so it’s really A PAIN to work with them :) (plus their integration is waaaay worse than yours).

Wish there was an ETA on this - I’ve had to stop using trafft at the moment as without this feature it’s so easy to get overbooked :(
