Appointment Blocks/Cap#662

I’d like to be able to cap the amount of appointments clients can book within one day. This will limit the amount of appointment by type.

For example, if i only want to allow 5 consults a day, that would be set as a cap or if I want to have 2 strategy sessions a day, that would be a cap.

They can be capped per appointment with the other to cap all appointment types.
