Please add a native Automated Waitlist for group bookings. Example: When a 20-person yoga class is full and someone cancels, the system should automatically alert waitlisted clients via Email or SMS so they can claim the open spot. It would be great to set custom capacity limits for both the class itself and the waiting list (e.g., maximum 20 attendees and 5 waitlist spots). Amelia and Bookly Pro (WordPress plugins) already have this workflow, and having it natively in Trafft would be a game-changer for fitness and class-based businesses.
