Dear Trafft Team, We would like to suggest an improvement to the group booking functionality that would greatly benefit our workflow and customer experience. Specifically, it would be extremely helpful if we could configure, per service, whether multiple customers are allowed to book the same time slot as a group — or whether a time slot should be exclusively bookable by one group only. Additionally, if a minimum number of participants is required for a service, the system should not allow bookings below that number. Currently, customers can proceed with such bookings, which remain in a pending state. Unfortunately, many clients overlook the notification email and assume their booking is confirmed, leading to misunderstandings. In our case: Some services can be booked by several individuals or small groups, without a required minimum. Other services require a fixed minimum number of people and should be booked only by one group. It’s also essential for us to capture the exact number of participants during the booking process. Having these controls on a per-service basis would offer the flexibility we need and improve clarity for our clients. Thank you very much for considering this feature request!
