This feature was a ‘coming soon feature’ on your website begin this year. That’s why we bought the product. Why is this still not implemented?

Free Soul Lifestyle we found a workaround that works for us when trying to create Events for Group classes with multiple attendees. Hopefully it does for you. We manipulated their system to make it work and it’s easy.

To create an event what we did was in the Employee section, pick an Employee and make their availability unavailable every day. Then select Special Days. Here you need to create your events. You can schedule these Special Days (Events) into the future.

Then, go to Settings, Group Booking, Configure, and select ‘Allow multiple customers to book below minimum capacity’’. Because one person takes up every slot in a Group Booking, this esentially resets the clock to zero attendees. However it still respects the maximum capacity of attendees settings for the Service.

Then you need to just set the capacity of your Service/Event.
The rest of what we did could be different to yours so I’ll stop explaining here because this is the basics of the workaround. This is how you can actually create an event and manipulate their system. Customise the email/sms notifications to include unique codes and Event-specific content.

It’s so simple and I don’t know why they haven’t simply made this a feature as it would double the capability of their platform. Not to mention what they could charge for it. I wonder if they even know it’s possible. In saying that… what an incredibly generous company to allow us to buy this on Appsumo for such a low price compared to Acuity and Vcita.

If you have any questions just let us know here in this chat and perhaps others can benefit from it as Events is not even on their roadmap (despite the now hidden events page). And we have worked out how to do it for them.
