Enable a way to disable on-site payments PER service#769

Currently, there is no such option built-in to enable/disable on-site payments on a per service basis, you can only disable it on the general level which disables it entirely across all services. There are some services, I’m okay allowing on-site (cash/debit) payements for but then there are some high dollar services that I do not want On-Site to be an option for.

+1 As a matter of fact, every service related option should be configurable PER service.

You now have the ability to choose between on-site or online payment for every service. This choice will appear in the ‘Edit Service’ section as soon as you link at least one payment method.
