Why I think that these 3 points alone are enormously important for many entrepreneurs, and it would be perfect for us in the service sector to reach our customers directly via Trafft with a WhatsApp notification.

1. In January 2022, the number of monthly active WhatsApp users via Android worldwide was around 144 million.

2. Familiar environment, so no messages are overlooked.

3. Increase appointment security through appointment reminders, thus avoiding revenue loss.

And a few points more.

I think, once the API is released, the whatsapp integration will be a lot easier.
