Customers should be able to book a weekly recurring service with payment taken in advance for x number of sessions. The admin should also be able to restrict bookings so only recurring bookings are made. Or even better prioritise booking recurring bookings but have any remaining appointments in the next week available to book one-off.
Extremely crucial for educators
Really need this for clients.
Not just recurring bookings, but session packages.

also automated payments charged to saved card details within a set time period before booked appointments - especially where appointments may not be on a set recurrence pattern

This is the ONE feature that would make Trafft a game changer tbh. Zenbooker is nice but they don’t allow limitations on the number of booking occurences. When it’s set as recurring, it never stops. What I desperately need to do is to sell “packages” of 10, 15, 20 bookings with pre-defined dates. I know Acuity and ScheduleOnce do this, but these apps aren’t as nice as Trafft.
Will be very happy when this feature goes live. It’s the only thing holding me up from setting up clients. They don’t want Trafft without recurring events.
Trafft is not viable for me without this feature. I need to be able to make any appointment (especially blocked personal time) to be repeatable infinitely. The frequency needs to be adjustable.
Specifically - My hours are 9-5 monday - fri. As strange as it seems I need to block personal time on my calendar and the appointment needs to repeat ever 16 days.
Check out square appointments as an example.
I didn’t see this mentioned yet, but I need two different types of recurring bookings, in case you need some use ideas.
One is for my group classes that meet once a week for X number of weeks on a pre-planned start date (that I choose).
The other is for my private programs where the client chooses their start date and time based on those from my availability, and then that meeting repeats each week for a specific number of weeks based on the program (so six weeks for one, eight for another, etc.).
