Hello there,

I got first test data from the first 50 users. The users read the dates sometimes wrong. They see the dates as a grid (maybe due to the lack of contrast on the time boxes’ border) and think that there are only appointments available in two dates. Age 18-25 fail at 30% here, 40+ agers at 70+%

Calendy has a more clear approach in how to display the open appointments (see img2a & 2b)

Also people think the “hosted by”-area (which was great to be renamable, too) elements are buttons. They try to click and get very confused. We even had customers aborting the booking process after that…

My suggestion would also be to make this area optional and hideable
