In Calendly, I can limit the number of sessions for each event type.
Would it be possible to have that for Trafft too? For example, a maximum of 3 sessions of Event Type 1.
Perhaps even an option to limit the number of sessions across all event types. For example, regardless of any event type, I only want to have a maximum of 4 bookings in a day.
Agree. In my case I would prefer to set a maximum of appointment category per week.
This is essential nowadays to allow good management of how many events of the same type are available for booking on a daily bases. For example, to manage how may “coffee chats” vs client sessions that can be booked per day.
totally agree @Mindbasic
Yes! Having a category or group for events and being a set to a limit is ideal. I’m looking for limits on a week rather daily, but some kind of additional functionality in this area would be good
please add this as a feature as with a busy diary it would make such a difference in handling available time and prevent overbooking / stretching my services - even tidycal offers this simple option - would really be super useful
Hope this goes through! Could this also include a limit on number of bookings per employee? What’s happening at our end is that employees offer a lot of slots, accept bookings in 100% slots & end up cancelling 10-15% of their slots due to exhaustion. If we could cap the maximum slots they could offer in a day, it would lead to fewer cancellations & a better customer experience!
I’ve had to switch away from Trafft to another booking solution at the moment for my bookings as this really is an essential feature to stop over-booking and “burnout” from too many appts being scheduld on the same day :(
Hi! We are currently developing the limitations per employee and we expect it to be released in the next few weeks.
Best,
Trafft team
Thanks for continung to meet our needs trafft team. If it’s at all possible as part of this development to include what time of day they are filled from and how they are clumped together (or spaced apart), this would be even more ideal. As context, I’m sure some of us would prefer for these to be spaced out to start/end at certain points of the day, others would prefer them clumped almost back to back if working ‘on-site’ so they can go home early or come in late! I appreciate you can manually add other things in your diary to ‘block’ bookings, but this is a highly manual jobrather than flexibility in the system.
