It’d be useful to include the Customer’s details as placeholders in the Calendar Event, so that an employee can see who they have an Event booked with, not just that they have an event booked, and check that the correct person is showing up.
Also, there needs to be a placeholder to include the Extras in the email and Calendar notifications, or there is no way for the employee to know that they should be including extra services, without them logging into the Trafft admin interface.

Yes a simple placeholder for the amount of people participating in the amail notifications but also in the google appointment please. It should be very simple to implement this.
