Allow the appointment to be reassigned to a different employee ( based on the customers suggestion or in a situation if the assigned employee is not able to make it to take up the job )

Hi @Sania1813! You can achieve this by removing the time slot field. It may not be ideal, but we plan to improve it in the future. This way, you’ll see employees available on that day, but if no one is available after you select time, the dropdown will be empty.

Hi! Employees can manage their appointments, including approving or rejecting them. To enable their personal account, click on the three dots next to the employee name.

After that, you can create a custom role for the employee and assign the desired permissions.
