Internal messaging system.
We need an internal messaging system for customers to communicate with employees directly within trafft without leaving trafft. Trafft would be a unicorn.
You can already achieve this by using HighLevel and deploying two lines of code in Trafft’s custom JS section.
I implemented it on the site in the screenshot below, just to show you. I personally don’t need it, but I can see how that would be useful.
With HighLevel, you can do that on unlimited sites. And it’s much more than just a chat widget, but an all in one sales and marketing engine. It integrates beautifully with Trafft using just simple webhooks.
With the live chat widget, you can engage in real time messaging with customers on your site from an app on your phone.
