We would love to change our office hours per 5 september to different times for scheduling. But I can only enter office hours and they apply to the full period. For example currently the office hours are from 9:00 to 12:30 but from the 5th of september it will be from 13:00 to 18:00. But because I can not schedule office hours my clients can currently book the “old” office hours in september.
Hi! Your customers can only book timeslots that align with your employees’ available working hours. For example, if no employees are scheduled to work at 9 AM on September 5th, customers won’t be able to book that time.
If your working hours are about to change, you can use the Special Days feature to adjust your employees’ schedules for the specific week when the change occurs. Special Days will override the regular weekly schedule.
