Hello,

How to do when 2 people have to book with same email address (parent/child) ?

For the moment it’s impossible to book with different names with 1 unique email adress. Then all the bookings appear with the same name in our diary and thats confusing.

Example : we have entire families as clients and kids often don’t have their own email adress. Then only the name of the parent who booked appear in our calendar. Even if we try to change the name during booking process, the reservation will be under the first name registered for that email address.

Hi, I have the same issue with a client who uses Trafft in a government entity. Some elderly people do not have email, and their children make reservations for them.
