Option to disable Review Email for already submitted reviews per service#1351

As the title says it would be beneficial to have an option or make it standard setup to only send the review request email, when the customer did not already leave a review.

This functionality should be per service, so they still get emails for another service booked.

Unfortunately already got complaints, that this email is annoying for my clients, as they obviously already left a review and they still get the email every time, as they book recurring services.

Please add this functionality with a bit of urgency as it also reduces the amount of emails going into customers SPAM folder for recurring emails sent with the same text.
