Rating and reviews - visiting link after leaving review#1323

Hi when the client has left a review using the unique link and they visit the link again it says: Sorry, ratings & reviews are currently unavailable

I suggest a message change to: Review already completed. Thank you for your input.

Also can we put an expiry on the review links?

Hi Marija,

Thank you for the e reply. The link expiration is because the review of the service should be collected in a time window that keeps it relevant. For example I would like the review left within 15-30 days after service so we can use the review to improve our services.

Please correct me if I misunderstood but I think at this time the link stays active even if someone would like to leave a review for the service 1 year after which is not helpful because so much time has passed.
