We are using HighLevel with Trafft and bringing in customers who have booked appointments to our CRM in HighLevel using webhooks. But the webhooks are extremely limited.
Case in point: we have a pipeline for each team member inside of HighLevel that corresponds with the team members in Trafft. When a customer books an appointment, it creates an opportunity in the team member’s pipeline inside of HighLevel.
There are currently 4 stages to each pipeline: Appointment Booked, Appointment Completed, Appointment Rescheduled, and Appointment Cancelled. We can only set up the automation to update 3 of them (Appointment Booked, Appointment Rescheduled, and Appointment Cancelled). This is very limiting as it does not allow our clients to have an accurate view of their opportunities, conversion rates, revenue, etc. What’s desperately needed is an Appointment Completed action.
You might say: well, you can just look inside of Trafft to see the revenue. The problem with that is: it’s limited to Trafft, and a lot of clients will have other things going on online besides Trafft. For example: they might sell beauty products on their website, or courses, etc., and so having all revenue streams in one place (inside of HighLevel, for example) is very helpful for a salon since it allows them to see everything.
I have already contacted support about this months ago, and was told it was something that’s never been requested and so not likely to ever be implemented. That’s very unfortunate. Without this basic kind of functionality with reporting and webhooks, it makes webhook feature and any talks of directly integrating with HighLevel almost irrelevant to a certain degree.
We also need to be able to bring in the deposit amount via the webhook.
