From the app, going to more > finance > invoices > invoices we can see the who’s paid and who’s pending etc. on clicking on any customer with an outstanding bill/pending payment there’s the option to “copy payment link”. I feel this could be improved.
In addition or instead of the copy mayment link - I think there should be an option for “email payment link”, “whatsapp payment link” and “text payment link”
Only the features that are activated and have templates associated with this function appear as buttons (no whatsapp integration & template, no whatsapp button etc.)
@Marija Maksimovic Has mentioned about it’s functionality and templates incorporation etc. from the payment by link feature request. However if a a customer has already paid, having a payment link in the email may confuse them. I feel the above may be easier for everyone.
The other option could be that there is a conditional email/text/whatsapp set where a message is only sent if the customer has set pay on site or pay later….
I also feel we should be able to click on an appointment and see immediately if the person has paid or is pending, instead of having to go to the finance/invoice settings before we can see.
It’s a great and necessary feature but I feel the UX can be improved.
Very confusing that customer are getting a payment link even if it’s already paid. There’s should not be a link generated when the appointment is paid at boking time.
@ID where do you see the option to copy payment link?
@Daniel ODonnell From the app, more > fiannce > invoices, then just click on any customer that has pending status.
From the website dashboard, Finance on the left panel, then invoices, and click on the customer. “copy payment link” will be there
