In what way?
How?
Because on mobile, you can get the impression that the only slots available are (to use the example from the screenshot) are between 10 AM and 11:15 AM. And if I am a customer, and that range doesn’t work for me, I could just close out of the page without booking. It most definitely gives that impression, and when my client saw it the first time, that’s exactly what she thought. It’s misleading because it only shows the morning availability. Does that clarify it for you?
Yeah, I see what you mean now. Have you tried setting the default booking slot to be the same as the service to see if that’s a solution? You can do this is “Settings/General”.
Thanks! Not really a great solution as there are a gang of services and several team members
Have you tried swapping the steps of the booking widget so that employees are last? I haven’t really acquainted myself with the update yert so hopefully I’m being helpful.
I actually really like this. It is convenient to be given a choice to pick from all available dates and times, or select an upcoming nearest time slot for today.
HOWEVER…
On mobile the text “Or choose the nearest available slots” is not shown!! This is what @Daniel ODonnell is referring to. It doesn’t clearly state that the system is giving you a choice. It feels like it is saying “pick these convenient times for us, or don’t”.
@Aleksandar Vukovic @Marija Maksimovic can this be quickly rectified as it is a simple text line that adds so much context to the design change you’ve made.
Thanks!
Exactly 🎯 @Oliver it’s not clear and leaves too much room for confusion, but luckily it’s a really easy fix as you suggested
@Marija Maksimovic my client is saying this is really confusing to her customers
Hi Oliver! This appears to be a potential solution. I’ve forwarded it to our designer for review and feedback.
Thank you guys for your feedback!
@Marija Maksimovic can I see the potential solution? I don’t see a screenshot or anything included here.
Hi Daniel! I was referring to the image of Oliver posted above.
If you have something else in mind, please let us know here.
Hi and thank you @Marija Maksimovic sorry I was confused! The image Oliver posted is great and handles the situation
Hi guys! You can use this CSS to hide the nearest timeslot.
.bs-employee-card__body__title display: none !important;
}
.bs-employee-card__body__content display: none !important;
}
We’ll also add an option in Customize that allows you to either hide or display this option but we don’t have ETA.
Best,
Trafft team
