We had this feature it’s really helpful. Reward points enhance customer loyalty, inspire repeat business, improve customer retention, and increase overall sale volumes for businesses.

I’m also looking for a reward system whereby customers earn points per booking that can be used towards future packages or bookings. Sample photo for ref from open loyalty.

Can we also design a direct purchase of points, for example, treating points as goods, buying a bundle of 10 points at once, setting that each point can be exchanged for one reservation, for a total of 10 reservations. This would greatly help the usage process, making it convenient for customers to use our service for a long time.
The best business is the one with recurring revenue. Loyalty is a hard topic because business can’t give back more than 1/3% of the sales., but acquisition is even more expensive. You can imagine to integrate in-house some CRM features. Workflows and Automatic emails/SMS after X months or depending of loyalty points, SMS booster with remaining points giveaway, analysis of frequency, analysis of amount, analysis of recence. Customers segmentation by ourselve OR by themselves: some CRM send an SMS shortly after the meeting offering to opt-in. Customers clink on a link and they fill a form on a branded micro website.
