Direct link to a service#105

Get a Direct link to a service calendar, so to skip the general page and to send customers directly to the service calendar to book a slot immediately, without going to all the actual steps. This will speed up the process and reduce the abandon on the way.

Begging for this one! This will honestly have me switch completely from Acuity!
