Add an option to disable/enable payment methods per service#1010

Some service need to be pay on site, while other we offer the option to pay online. At the moment once we activate the payment integration option we cannot apply for certain service to pay in person only.

Hi everyone!
You now have the ability to choose between on-site or online payment for every service. This choice will appear in the ‘Edit Service’ section as soon as you link at least one payment method.
