"Manage own services" option for Custom Roles#1009

As of now, there is no option to “Manage own services” by users. At least in the custom roles, there should be an option for users/employees to add and manage their own services without the ability to view other’s services. Viewing and managing their “own services” is required. The admin wouldn’t have to go through the task of updating the services for individual users if this is rolled out.

Please implement this ASAP. Also make the services to be available at specified location.
